• Federal tax withholding designations must be based on marital status and number of allowances. Designation of a flat dollar amount will not be accepted.
• Marital status for both Federal and State tax withholdings must be the same. State tax allowances must be lower or equal to your Federal tax allowances. State allowances cannot be greater than Federal allowances.
